Advantages:
1. speed and simplicity

2. Economy
--In using emails there is no more expense of paper or postage so you can minimize your expense in communicating with your costumers.
Disadvantages:
1. Reliability
--Emails could malfunction, get lost in transit, arriving late and disappearing all together making it less reliable than sending a hard copy letters. Sometimes email messages could be intercepted by the unintended reader.
2. Accessibility
--Email messages is difficult to read on computer screen compare to a hard copy letters on paper. Some people refuse to read it then ignore it.
