Insight: My first half of the semester with English-4a

The description of our English 4a is " Business Correspondence" i could say that it contributes a lot in every accountancy students because it develops our self-confidence and communication skills. Not all of us knows how to act properly in business industry but through this subject i learn a lot of things. teacher Marain helps us to be more competent to encounter different challenges in business. every weakness that we have is slowly develops and ready to face it.

My business interest

Since I'm having fun of dealing a business industry i will build my business named "PhoneiLand" which selling: cellphones, cellphones accessories, e-load and etc. I will establish this kind of business because this is my interests and passion. As we see in our society now most people learn how to use the new developed technology. Maybe 6 years from now I can build his kind of business. To run this business i need at least 1 million pesos as my capital.I can get this money in my own account or through my savings. I prefer to start this kind of business by my own or shall we say sole proprietor, so that it will be easy to operate.

"Business Interest"

If I'd like to go into a business someday i choose a Restaurant business because now a days lot of people are very busy and they have no enough time to cook and prepare foods in their house so they could go in our restaurant and just order then in a second foods are ready. And I could have a 700,000 Capital because going into a restaurant is a big business that I could have. With the guidance and advice of my friends who are experts in handling a business maybe it will gain big profit in a year. it will be a big decision that I could have encounter in my whole life because I would invest my money and effort for my business to be successful.

"Insight "

Myself - I've learn a lot in this subject, and compared last year my skill in exploring in computer is slowly improving. And I realize that now a days we are very modern and some ways to communicate with others is using computer or any technology that is fast and easy.
Classmates - me and my classmates do our very best for us to pass all the requirement. We are being responsible and we've learn good values and a lot knowledge that is related to our subject.
Learning Environment - Base on what I have seen, we are comfortable with our learning environment but as a student we could not avoid to be noise sometimes. And maybe it is not the hindrance for us to do our job as a student and to be more competent.
Instructor - We are very happy with our instructor because she teach us to be responsible and creative student. And what she have teach us is very helpful especially we are accountancy student and this subject is related to us and we could use this in the future.

My Business Interest

I love shoes and bags. Those are my greatest obsession in life. Because of my interest on these things, I want to put up a boutique that sells signature bags and shoes of different styles that suites everyone's taste on fashion. I want to establish this business first on a well civilized community where people could afford my salable collections. I want this business over the other ones because this is where my interest are and I think this business is not hassle to organize considering the fact that I am only trading the products. I am planning to put up this business probably 5-6 years from now because I need savings that would range from 5-10 million to be used as a capital for the business. I know this business is so ambitious yet this is one of my greatest dream that I want to fulfill in the future.

Insight: My First Half of the semester with English-4a

The English-4a subject with the description "Business Correspondence" really goes with our course. It teaches us how to act in a business manner & enhances our self-confidence which is very much important to succeed in our chosen field. It really boost my self-confidence that I am no longer afraid to face other people especially those of high authority. Although sometimes, I cannot deny that being bashful is already part of me, this subject is indeed a big help for me to overcome this weakness of mine. Our instructor, Ms. Alaba really plays an important role for us in achieving all this knowledge that we have now.

"Advantages and Disadvantages of Using Email"

Advantages:
*Speed and Simplicity
=This is one of the advantages of using email.Since now that we are in a modern world and many technologies that are discovered and because of this email it is very easy to transact any business organization in as fast and simplest way.
*Economy
=email is less expensive compared to any other ways for a reason to send any reports or business letter to other business organization.And it is very fast than to others.

Disadvantages:
*Quality
=Because it is email there are sometimes that it can be viewed by the other people with no permission and it can be open in public. Sometimes we could receive in our email such any unimportant messages or any advertisements.
*Reliability
=There are times that some reports or any business letter did not receive to the other receiver because due to technical error or no signal.

What can I say about blogging?

It's strange to me at first for I am not use to it and I seldom use the internet before. But I find it interesting and fun that I can't help myself to think what I will post the next time I'll blog. I think that it's a very good idea that our teacher uses this approach to us in our subject. It doesn't only gives us information but it also stirs our creativity and imagination. I'm glad I was introduce to blogging!

My reaction in business correspondence

It is important for me to have the knowledge on how to be an effective business correspondent for it will guide me in the field I will choose in the future. It may seem difficult for me at first, but my will to learn motivates me to somehow cope with the challenges I face in this subject. I am grateful that I have a patient teacher who is very willing to impart to us the knowledge that she has.

Advantages and Disadvantages of using E-mail

Advantages:

1. speed and simplicity
--By using email, your customers could easily receive your message and he can also make his response for a very short time. This makes your communication with your costumer quick and hassle free.
2. Economy
--In using emails there is no more expense of paper or postage so you can minimize your expense in communicating with your costumers.

Disadvantages:


1. Reliability
--Emails could malfunction, get lost in transit, arriving late and disappearing all together making it less reliable than sending a hard copy letters. Sometimes email messages could be intercepted by the unintended reader.
2. Accessibility
--Email messages is difficult to read on computer screen compare to a hard copy letters on paper. Some people refuse to read it then ignore it.

This subject enhance our skills in communicating to others,as a college student it is very helpful to us because this generation there are many ways to do the job or works very easy but we should be very competent and have a knowledge in this subject.And i am very happy because our teacher introduce us in business correspondence so that in the future when we have a job already it is not difficult for us when we are going to encounter this situation, even though there are times that we find it hard and don't know what to do but in the end we done it very well.

Reaction on Blogging Approach

Making a blog is so fun because we could learn many things and it could also gives me more knowledge about computer.As an Accountancy student, blogging approach is very helpful to us so that we could enhance our skills in using new technologies so that in the future it is not difficult for us to use or to explore in the computer because now a days there are new technologies that are discovered and using in any company for them to finish the work fast and didn't waste time.

To make a blog is a challenge for us. specially it is our first time to perform this activity. i though if we make it the challenge will end up there but its not.If making a blog spot is hard for us, it is more harder to make a comment and post every requirements that we need to pass to Ms. Alaba. many things we learn like writing business letter, its format and many more that enhance ourselves to excel more on this aspect as we choose this kind of field.

There were a lot of things we learn.Through this subject many of us keep doing busy to comply all our requirements.Sometimes we no not know how to start doing it because we no do not know how to make it. But we should learn to face this challenge, that lead us to be a better one.In this subject I developed my self-esteem and confident as long as my skills to deal in business environment.

Blogging Approach

The blogging approach that is being use in our business correspondence subject is one of the factors that molds us to become a competent students not only academically but also socially. This approach is training us to become technologically knowledgeable which could be one of our best asset in looking for a good job in the near future. Despite of the pressure that this approach may sometimes bring, I still consider this as a benefit for us as a students.

Business Correspondence subject plays a very significant role in my life as an accountancy student. I learned many important things in business like writing a business letter, etc. This subject is really preparing us to become a globally competent persons in our chosen field. This subject enhances our skills and helps us build our self-confidence which is a very good help in preparation for our career in the near future.

My Interest

My interest is listening to music,because music gives me strength and it is the one who helps me to forget my sorrows and especially when I'm bored music can feel me better.But not all musics or songs are nice to hear because some of them are irritable.

My interest in life is making diaries.Since im 3rd year high school i started to write diary, it helps me to express my feelings without doing any harm. I consider my diary as one of my best friend because in all the things that happened in my life, my
diaries is always ready to be with me during my happiness or even in my sadness.


Only in my diary wherein I can share all my secrets that I can assure that it wont ever betrayed me. It is my confidant in all the things, especially in the times where I felt I'm losing down...
